hola. Thank you for being here! ☺

I'm Carolina Abreu, a graphic designer with over 8 years of working experience based in New Haven, CT; I have knowledge in branding, digital, print, and large-format design in a wide variety of industries such as technology, finance, commercial, educational, hospitality, entertainment, among others.

Born and raised in the Dominican Republic, I moved to the United States in the summer of 2012 with hopes of pursuing better academic & professional opportunities. I have a Bachelor of Science in Communication (cum laude) concentrating in Advertising and Promotions, as well as an Associate Degree in Graphic Design (summa cum laude). In 2020, I managed to continue my studies attending Cornell University and getting a Brand Management Certification that year.

In my free time I enjoy managing my dog's social media ☺ account. Through it, I've learned a lot about creation strategy, as well as learning how to build an amazing community through proper branding design.

Fun facts about me:

I once guessed how many mini marshmallows a glass jar had. I guessed the exact number by just looking at it (they were 224). I won the jar of marshmallows.

My favorite word is scrumptious.

My close friends call me Googlina because of my good memory.

I've done scuba diving, and it was one of the best experiences of my life.
